Belated mahalo to and her crew for the beautifully prepared charcuterie & chocolate dipped strawberries for Miranda’s birthday! The Hello Spring platter had everything for the perfect celebration for 4-6, with unique selections and Chef’s Dip in a boule bowl. Mmm… so rich. The rose goat cheese was Miranda’s favorite! Can’t wait to try their upcoming in-store dinners and “Cheese & Tea” events!

“Let the Good Times Roll” was a sold out event to HNL foodies at Original Roy's, Hawaii Kai on Saturday night. It was a nostalgic collection of James Beard Award-winning chefs taking the stage, renown for putting American & Hawai’i Regional Cuisines on the map. What an apropos finale to the 10th annual Hawaii Food & Wine Festival! The OGs still got it! It was great to be cooking again in Roy’s flagship kitchen & mahalo to his chefs and staff for their hospitality!

Chef Alan Wong has shut down his King Street restaurant, saying he will wait out the coronavirus upheaval with the hope of returning some time in the future.
