For the next drink on our summer cocktail series, we have the Ferry Crossing to Capri: A cinnamon apple cocktail with notes of fresh orange zest, well-balanced bitterness, and tart grapefruit.

The Ferry Crossing to Capri named after the short ferry ride from Napoli to the island of Capri. Usually one would consume an Aperol Spritz to get into the vacation mood, but this juicy and bitter mocktail makes us feel just the same, as if we’re getting ready for a relaxing weekend in the sun! This mocktail is from our fifth spring summer cocktail menu in 2025.

The Man with No Name is named after Clint Eastwood’s character in the Sergio Leone trilogy: A Fishful of Dollars, For a Few Dollars More, and The Good, The Bad, and the Ugly. This Collins style cocktail is from our third spring summer cocktail menu in 2023, where the theme was Italian-esque cinema.
