2022 has been non stop for us, therefore we are taking a much needed break starting today Tues 7/26 till Monday 8/1. We will be reopening next week Tues 8/2. In the meantime will still be open for dinner Tues to Sat and their normal weekend brunch. So it won’t be a pig-less week :) Thanks for letting us rest and see you next week:)

We are so proud to announce that we are sponsoring the release of the new film MAIKA: THE GIRL FROM ANOTHER GALAXY, the first sci-fi family film out of Vietnam that premiered at the Sundance Film Festival earlier this year! This project holds dear to our heart as it was worked on by our brother, production company, EAST Films!

MAIKA is directed by Sundance alumnus Ham Tran and Anderson is one of the producers. MAIKA is super fun, heartfelt and suitable for the entire family! When we asked Anderson to give three words to describe the film, he said, "it's Vietnamese E.T.!"

11/24/11 Thanksgiving Eve was our very first farmers market. We served Turkey Pho and Kaya Jam. Just 2 items and it was the hardest thing to do. We forgot stuff, couldn’t even set up the tent properly and opened probably 1 hour after the market actually opened because we didn’t know how to set up properly. Flash forward to probably 1000 farmers markets, events , catering, probably 25+ broken tents & tables later, 3 broken vans, and a pandemic, we are still going strong as today marks our 10 year anniversary with the .
We only achieved this because of the tremendous amount of support from the loyal who we feed weekly for years. This drives us and we are so honored that we made so many friends and be apart of their lives. We also cannot do this without all the staff and volunteers that helped throughout the years. There is no way we can do this without your hard work. I know it’s been 10 years, and with 3 restaurants later, we still forget stuff and barely open on time 😂 The farmers market life is rough but we ♥️ it. Swing by the Blaisdell farmers market from 4-7pm@ and let us go back to the beginning and serve you a Turkey Pho:) Happy 10 years everyone:) .i22

11/12/13. Not only is this a cool calendar date, it is iconic to us because that marked our very first day of business at ! The world is A LOT different as we are sharing the burden of new challenges in a crazy world, but we are really appreciative and humbled by how far we've come. Life is full of trials and the pandemic is a big one!

Still a lot of miles to trek... But, we are and have been ready to adapt and continue onwards in this incredible journey and look forward to hosting our many patrons, filling your bellies as if its the ultimate shindig.
