CHOCOLATE BASQUE CHEESECAKE
Basque cheesecake originated first from Spain, from Basque city where it got its name.
It’s known for its no crust, burnt exterior and creamy center.
On that note, our chocolate basque cheesecake is reminiscent of our nama chocolate, in flavor and texture.
We then glam it up a bit with some chocolate cream and fruits, adding a bit of our style to the cake.
It’s a pretty decent size cake (about 4 inches). Possible to share, or perhaps not. 😬
We usually have it in stock from either Wednesday or Thursday, depending on how busy the chef is.
If you get a chance, stop by to get one. They do tend to sell out quite fast, and we only stock a limited amount daily.

Any of the selection pictured is $15.
NO SUBSTITUTIONS PLEASE.
These will be displayed on the table as grab and go’s, like our Tuesday menu.
THERE WILL BE NO OTHER BENTOS AVAILABLE FOR THIS DAY,
unless otherwise, like if I’m at the shop, or if the chef is willing. He will be the only one at the shop on this day, so we appreciate your patience and understanding.
Due to my schedule change, we had to make some adjustments. We apologize for the inconvenience.
Desserts will still be available as usual.

MITARASHI MOCHI
Usually found on skewers or sticks. MITARASHI DANGO
Basically mochi balls basted in a heavy coating of soy sauce and sugar mixture.
Originating from a shrine in Kyoto where a former emperor envisioned the dango while at play in the Mitarashi lake. This brought forth the name “MITARASHI”as well as creating this very popular dessert that is so well known in Japan.

Has arrived !!!!!
The preparation in the making of our 2026 OSECHI .
We’d like to thank all of you that have supported us throughout the year !!!! We hope to be able to continue next year as well.
We would have never made it this far without you all.
Wishing you all a most prosperous 2026.
We will see you all next year.

HOLIDAY SCHEDULE FOR THR END OF 2025.
We will be taking a short break from 12/28 - 1/05/26.
Mostly to prepare for the New Year OSECHI .
Then we will take a much needed break.
We really appreciate all of you that have supported us all year.
And for all the new customers that we gained.
If not for you all, we would never be able to do what we do.
As they would say in Japanese: KOTOSHI MO YOROSHIKUONEGAI SHIMASU 🙇🏻‍♀️. (Please continue to support us for the coming year).

BUCHE DE NOEL (Yule Log Cake) $45
Christmas is nearing a lot faster than anticipated, but we decided to add this on last minute for anyone interested.
It’s one of the Christmas cakes.
The Yule Log cake. Basically a roll cake made to look like a log.
Ours will look similar to the one pictured. Give and take some decorations on the cake. (As this one was one we made a couple years back).
Please call/ text the shop to pre order.
Pick up can either be the Eve or the Day of Christmas.
