Roy’s - Named after Roy Yamaguchi, born in Tokyo, is known for Hawaii-inspired cuisine and won the James Beard "Best Pacific Northwest Chef" Award in 1993. Swordfish, Pork Belly, and Slow Braised Honey Mustard Glazed Short Ribs, but the Filet Mignon was the real deal!

Must see the attached pictures! Ate Raw Water Prawns (Shrimp), Japanese Octopus, Roast Duck, Filipino Braised Chicken, and some many items we have never tried before. Attached is the list from the Chinatown Off The Beaten Trail Food Tour! The second best food tour (Italy) ever taken. So unique and different! FYI… Honolulu Chinatown is the oldest in America!

If in Honolulu- this is the place to watch NFL. There are TVs with every game. LIKE A SPORTS BAR SHOULD BE!

The Flavor of Hawaii Festival was absolutely amazing! I tried Grilled Squid (Not that good) and several other unique foods (That were good) - but the culture and Festive atmosphere along a beautiful beach was beyond good- straight up awesome! 😎

Monkeypod Kitchen - Awesome Food and ambiance. Breakfast by the sea with a spiked coffee - Hawaiian Chilaquiles and Avacado Toast. So cool to have breakfast where the ocean waves are splashing against the wall below you as people are surfing out in the ocean. This is a must stop in Honolulu!!

The Shack is the best restaurant in VA! Tonights American Wagyu Steak was next level. As good as it gets! Then add Duck Confit and Shish*to Peppers to the meal and you have ❤️! But their pasta is absolutely phenomenal! As Good as it gets outside of 🇮🇹 !! Tonight was Large Ribbon with Perfume Pepper Shio Koji and Tortellini!! The Tiramisu was was amazing, but my favorite was the Affogato! The Shack is the “ONE”!!! Worth a visit!!!
