we provide all equipment and ingredients.
you will be able to eat poke, take home fresh poke and purchase fresh ahi at discounted prices.
its a two hour class, perfect for date night, company functions, family night, its interactive and deliciously fun.
We will teach you how to identify fresh fish, where to buy, things to look for in low quality fish, how to cut, season, mix and we will play with different flavor profiles, show you how textures and cuts make poke taste different.
we always have a super fun mini poke tasting competition and i surprise the winner with an amazing gift (valued at $120)!!!!
we have a full bar to purchase alcohol and will have ala carte meats available to grill as well.
