Ready to learn more about the amazing cacao from the north shore of Oahu.
Cacao farms are growing in the Hawaiian Islands and the quality sometimes is becoming exceptionally high and is one of them. 🤩

Overall: great cup of coffee, fruity taste, hints of blueberry mixed with plums and grapes with mellow acidity 🤩.
Amazing roasting profile for sure!

won silver medal 🥈 in the category of Asia and pacific region with their amazing cacao!
Mapele Fields is also a 75% cacao chocolate bar made by using the same cacao submitted to the competition 🤩.
In general Hawai'i is producing more cacao and leveling up the quality every year we’ve been witnessing the process for several years.
