Giovedi was born from our dream of creating a space where people could feel at home, be themselves, and where we could cook whatever we wanted, however we wanted. To be recognized on this list shows that community really does celebrate creativity. 💚🧡

From Chinatown, Honolulu to being named alongside some of the most amazing restaurants across the country... this is WILD.
