In 2017, Chef Kevin opened highly-anticipated PAI Honolulu after a four-year search for a welcoming restaurant that offered guests an innovative dining experience, while incorporating familiar flavors and presented in surprising ways. As a former food scientist, Chef Kevin brings a unique balance of science, using the highest quality ingredients with a creative artist’s approach to presentation. H

Join us for a thoughtfully curated morning of floral design and brunch. Each guest will create their own arrangement, enjoy a welcome drink, and enjoy a spread of seasonal spread of house-made charcuterie, fresh herbed focaccia, and Chef Kevin’s popular custard French toast for your party to share.

Our charcuterie is crafted entirely in-house—from grinding and seasoning to stuffing and aging.
