SPAM and crab cake loco moco - that was an interesting dish from at the Bamboo Hotel.

Did you guys know there's a restaurant behind that yellow building? I had no idea! It's like a hidden grotto or something! Check it out it's pretty cool. It's also BYOB if you want. I don't think I've seen another bar offer that to guests.

The other SPAM Jam dishes are a SPAM ahi poke and a SPAM bloody mary. If SPAM isn't your thing, then don't worry, because the garlic shrimp is bomb AF. Secret menu tip: order the fries with the garlic shrimp sauce on top. So good!

is whipping up some classic favorites with a little spam twist! This is another hidden gem in Waikiki that you may not know about because it’s located within the Bamboo Hotel. Their food definitely doesn’t get the recognition it deserves so here I am to tell you how great it was! 🎋

Spam Jam Specials:

☁️: spam & kim chee poke with spam and egg furikake
☁️: spam & crab cake loco moco (my fave!)
☁️: seared ahi with spam furikake
☁️: spam jam mary mocktail
☁️: spam & ube ice cream

Regular Menu:
☁️: world famous garlic shrimp plate
☁️: island fresh fries (not pictured but pls order some!)

We loved every single dish down to the fries and the atmosphere was so chill and gave a complete different vibe that I’ve experienced in Waikiki!

Waikiki Spam Jam is back y’all! Starting Friday, celebrate Hawaii’s FAVORITE food … SPAM!
Ko Tiki Terrace is Waikiki’s newest tiki bar and it is located at the Bamboo Hotel. They offer a variety of local favorites, and for Waikiki Spam Jam, they have a great lineup.
They will be offering a spam loco moco, virgin spam Bloody Mary, ahi poke with spam furikake and ube ice cream with spam furikake. Yup, ice cream with spam!! Swipe right!

📸 SPAM Jam Specials (April 22-May 1): Spam Jam Mary Mocktail, Spam & Kimchee Ahi Poke, Spam & Crab Cake Loco Moco, and Spam & Ube Ice Cream (yup you heard that right 💜~).

✍️ Beside their SPAM JAM Specials, we also got to try their island fries which were amazing btw~ 1000/10 recommend 😮‍💨😋! It’s so crispy and addicting (I’m still thinking about it!). Garlic Shrimp and Seared Ahi plate which were yummy as well — but my favorite was hands down their Garlic Shrimps! Super umami and garlicky good. Who knew that this place would make such bomb garlic shrimps but I guess now you guys know too ;) The Spam Ahi Poke was generously loaded with Furikake, green onions, ginger, and of course spam. I was pretty glad that they had mini bits of spam incorporated inside rather than big chunks so that you can still taste the Ahi and it wasn’t too salty. The Spam Jam Mary had these insane spam furikake, spam fries, and shrimp garnishes. You can be cool like us and order your lilikoi juice in these cute coconut cups for that aesthetic feel LOL 🥥 We love a good yolk pop action and it’s even better when it oozes over the spam, rice, and crab cake. For the Ube and Spam ice cream, I highly recommend to portion out the spam garnishes to ice cream bite ratio. If not, you might just take a huge bite into the spam and not so much the ice cream and it could be odd LOL 🥹 However, if you get a little bit of spam and more ice cream, then it’s a nice little sweet and savory action going. Overall, I highly recommend stopping by this cute little gem, especially at night because the ambience hits different. FYI, it’s BYOB for now so make sure you bring all the good drinks for a fun time hehe 🍻~

When the blue marlin is too big to stand up! 183 lbs of fresh fish! 1/4 will go to samskitchenhawaii.com and another 1/4 will go to Ko Tiki Terrace at the Bamboo hotel with the final half being smoked for future specialties!! Come get the freshest fish possible while you still can. The smoked fish will be available in about a week or so.
