If you’re seated at the chef’s counter and it looks like poetry in motion...

That ease you are watching took years to build.

Our kitchen team trained in some of the most demanding restaurants in the world before bringing their craft home to Waikiki, and now they make it look like second nature.

Come watch the natuRe ohana work up close. Reserve via link in bio.

POV: it is Wednesday, you deserve a drink, and the natuRe bar counter has your name on it.

No reservation required, just good conversation, island ingredients, and a cocktail list that changes with the season.

Grab a seat, order something the bartender is proud of, and let a midweek evening feel a little more special.

What does it take to turn a few simple ingredients into something this beautiful?

A steady hand, a sharp eye, and a kitchen that treats plating as its own form of artistry.

Watch Chef Yosuke bring this dish to life, layer by layer, until every element finds its place.

Close enough to watch Chef Nae’s team turn island ingredients into something French at heart and Hawaiian at the core.

Every plate tells a full story written by the chefs. Reserve via link in bio.

Even the humble cauliflower gets its moment here.

Roasted to bloom, resting on mousse, finished with Haleiwa sea salt and Osetra: the Caviar & Cauliflower course proves that elegance isn’t about the ingredient, it’s about the intention behind it.

Mahalo for Supporting Our Community

To everyone affected by the recent North Shore flooding, our hearts are with you.

From April 24 through May 31, ZETTON Hawaii conducted a North Shore Flood Relief Donation campaign across our restaurants.

Through the generosity of our guests, $2,023.27 was raised through this campaign. Together with ZETTON Hawaii’s matching contribution of $2,476.73, we were honored to donate a total of $4,500 to Lāhui Foundation to support local recovery efforts.

We would like to extend our sincere gratitude to everyone who participated in this initiative, as well as to the team at Lāhui Foundation for their continued dedication to helping communities across Hawaiʻi.

As a company rooted in Hawaiʻi, we are grateful for the opportunity to support the people and places that make these islands so special.
We hope this contribution, made possible by the kindness of our guests and community, can play a small part in the recovery process and help support a strong recovery for the North Shore.

Mahalo for your generosity and support.

Together, we stand with our community.

How many Hawaiʻi farms does it take to create one tasting menu?

More than you might think.

From Waiʻanae to Molokaʻi to the Big Island, our ingredients travel across the Hawaiian Islands to land on your plate at natuRe!

We source organic produce from MA’O Farm, mushrooms from Small Kine Farm in Waimānalo, pork from Mountain View Farms, and chocolate crafted in Kailua by Manoa Chocolate.

Even our kiawe wood comes from the cliffs of Diamond Head. Every partnership is intentional because supporting local means more than a label here.

It means building a kitchen that gives back to the community that feeds us.
