This one goes to our community. There are moments in life when you find out just how powerful community really is.
Since my accident, I have been overwhelmed by the prayers, donations, messages, meals, check-in, encouragement, and by every single person who has continued to walk through the doors of Get Flexy and Arise Café and support the businesses I love so much.
When you own a small business, showing up matters. Every class booked, every smoothie or bowl purchased, every share, every recommendation, every kind word - it matters more than you probably realize.
My team has stepped up in incredible ways, and our community has wrapped its arms around us.
