We've been waiting all year for this week.
The 164th Wayne County Fair is finally here, and we couldn't be more excited.
This video is a little behind-the-scenes look at one of the many trips we make to the Philadelphia Produce Market. It's where we hand-select the fruit that inspires the flavors you'll find in our freezer. Now it's time to turn all that work into our biggest event of the year.
This year's fair specials:
🍍Charred Pineapple & Toasted Coconut🍍
Fresh pineapple, lightly charred to bring out its natural sweetness, then blended with rich toasted coconut. Smoky, tropical, and unlike anything we've made before.
🍓Strawberry Matcha🍓
Sweet, ripe strawberries meet smooth Japanese matcha for a refreshing combination that's vibrant, balanced, and completely unique.
🫐Blueberry Matcha🫐
Made with fresh blueberries from Mueller Blueberry Farm on Route 652 in Honesdale, paired with earthy Japanese matcha for a bold, refreshing flavor that's just as unexpected as it is delicious. We love sourcing locally whenever we can, and this is one of those flavors that lets incredible local ingredients shine.
Along with these new flavors, we'll have all of your Nothing But Fruit favorites ready to scoop every day of the fair.
We'll be serving at the 164th Wayne County Fair from August 7th–15th, and we can't wait to see everyone. Whether you stop by for an old favorite or decide to try something new, we appreciate every single person who chooses to support our small business.
