Some fruits were made for sour beer. Guava is one of them. We brew this one tart from the kettle, then condition it on real cream and ripe guava until the edges soften and the whole thing drinks like a creamsicle that got lost in the tropics. Light on its feet at 5%, with a finish that’s equal parts tangy and lush.
