The little teal trailer is anxiously awaiting a wonderful new owner.

This 2001 trailer has been meticulously designed and renovated like no other trailer.

When we started The Sunshine Kitchen in 2018, we had no idea what to expect. We wanted a healthy option at local events and to our delight many of you were looking for that very same thing.

Over the last 5 years we’ve grown and adapted to changes while maintaining our commitment to the highest quality ingredients and a creative ever-changing menu.

Due to rising costs for nearly every aspect of our business, we’ve faced another opportunity to adapt. We have made the difficult decision to pause our operation for the 2023 summer season. We hope to be back one day so stay tuned.

In the meantime please continue to support local small businesses, the Homewood Farmer’s Market, and high quality healthy food options.

It has truly been an honor to cook for you. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for a remarkable 5 years. We look forward to seeing what the future holds. ☀️

Sweet and spicy spring salad~(vegan, GF)
kale, purple cabbage, black lentils, broccoli, mango, cucumber, carrot, red onion, lime.
Toasted almonds and pumpkin seed crunch (on the side)
And spicy tahini dressing- tahini, chipotle pepper, garlic, lime, scallion, cilantro, rice vinegar, olive oil, maple syrup, tamari, sea salt. (On the side)

Orange glazed cinnamon rolls~(vegan) cinnamon, nutmeg, yeast, flour, olive oil, coconut oil, brown sugar, vanilla, sea salt, orange, icing sugar

Kale, purple cabbage, broccoli, chick peas, cucumber, red bell pepper, scallions, cilantro, lime, toasted sesame pumpkin seeds and sesame soy ginger dressing- raw cashews, fresh ginger, garlic, rice vinegar, sesame oil, maple syrup, liquid aminos.

*Sesame Soy Ginger dressing also available in 6 oz jars.

One of the most important components in our salads is the crunchy topper.

This week’s crunchy topper is pumpkin seeds lightly toasted with black and white sesame seeds, sea salt, and olive oil.

Packaged on the side so it maintains that crunch.

Gluten free, vegan, and NO seed oils, this is a great on the go snack.

Pecans, cashews, almonds, chia seeds, pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds, maple syrup, olive oil, sea salt, garlic powder.

Stock up at the Indoor farmer’s market at the village hall in downtown Homewood Saturday from 8am-1 pm.
