We are grateful! With the help of our partnership with Grace Klein Community we are able to feed hundreds of people! Grace Klein received truckloads of potatoes and onions and chicken paws, and we turned them into so many things to give back to the shelters. Here are a few of the things we served:
Five gallons of creamy potato and onion soup (53 12 oz servings of soup) 35lb of caramelized, onion, macaroni, and cheese with chicken (approximately 70-8 ounce servings) + 31 servings (6/8)
30 servings of stuffed onions
20 servings of creamed onions
40-50 servings of onion and squash casserole
20 servings of creamed onion
Cinnamon rolls just because
8 gallon bags of diced onion
40 servings of onion casserole
7 gallons of chicken potato soup
45 servings of crushed potatoes
80+ pounds of French potato salad
