It’s the end of Summer! Time for an employee appreciation luncheon!

I catered a meal for my wife who is a Program Specialist and her co-workers (staff members) for Caribbean K-8, Summer E.S.Y. (Extended School Year).

My part of the Menu is/was:
—Stewed Jamaican 🇯🇲 Oxtails
—and Baked Sweet Plantains!
So good! 😋

*There are a couple of Jamaican employees! I hope it’s according to their flavour profile…🤗

What’s that on the menu?
Pork Belly Bites Sweet & Sour recipe. With White Jasmine Rice. 👌

The dish was made with:
—Fresh Sweet Bell Peppers
(Green, Yellow and Red)
—White Onions
—Chives (Fresh)
—Pork Belly (Fried & Stew)
—Asian Sweet & Sour Sauce
JUST GORGEOUS!!

*England lost, 😞 but I am eating 🥣 real good food 🥘 tonight! ☝️😋
