WOW… where do we even begin?
THANK YOU.
As we celebrate 60 years of Pleasure Point Marina, we are humbled to say that this year’s 4th of July weekend was, without a doubt, the biggest and best weekend in our 60-year history. We are still trying to catch our breath, and it’s all because of YOU.
Whether you grabbed a burger, enjoyed a daiquiri, cooled off with a snowcone, danced on the deck, rented a boat, stayed in our campground, floated at the sandbar, played in the Kid Zone, searched for Lucky Ducks, completed the scavenger hunt, entered the golf cart parade, watched the fireworks, or simply stopped by to spend time with family and friends… THANK YOU for choosing Pleasure Point.
This weekend was everything we hoped it would be.
🇺🇸 Hundreds of smiling faces.
🎆 An incredible fireworks show.
🍔 Thousands of burgers, snowcones, and drinks served.
🎶 Great live music all weekend.
🦆 Lucky Duck Hunt adventures.
🗺️ Our biggest scavenger hunt yet.
🚙 A patriotic golf cart parade.
🏕️ A campground full of families making memories.
🏝️ New memories made all across Lake Claiborne.
To our amazing employees… thank you for working tirelessly from sunup until well after sundown. You handled the crowds with smiles on your faces and helped make this weekend one our guests won’t forget.
To our musicians, volunteers, first responders, sponsors, and everyone who helped behind the scenes—thank you for making everything run smoothly and safely.
A special thank you to all of our Pleasure Point residents. We know holiday weekends bring extra traffic, extra noise, and a little extra chaos. Thank you for your patience, your support, and for sharing your community with so many visitors. Pleasure Point wouldn’t be the special place it is without each of you.
Most importantly…
Thank you to every single person who supports this little marina on Lake Claiborne. Many of you have been coming here for years. Others visited for the very first time this weekend. No matter how you found us, we’re honored you chose to spend your holiday with us.
Every burger served, every snowcone handed out, every boat launched, every campsite filled, every laugh shared, and every memory made reminds us why we love what we do.
The 4th of July may be over…
But summer at Pleasure Point is just getting started.
We can’t wait to welcome y’all back this weekend for more great food, live music, and fun on the lake.
❤️ From our entire Pleasure Point Marina family…
Thank you for making our 60th year the biggest and best 4th of July celebration in Pleasure Point Marina history. Here’s to the next 60 years of making memories on Lake Claiborne!
