Being closed during our updates has definitely made me realize just how much I miss seeing all of your beautiful faces! 🥹💕 I miss the laughs, the conversations, the familiar faces, and of course, serving you all your favorite food and drinks! ☕️🍳🍹

I truly CAN’T WAIT to open our doors again and welcome everyone back to Camellia’s!

What an incredible week! ❤️

From the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU to everyone who stopped by the Camellia’s tent during the Holyoke Fiestas Patronales. The love, support, kind words, and every single order truly mean more than you know. Our Camellia’s family is so grateful to be part of this amazing community.

A very special thank you to my incredible team. These last 7 days were long, exhausting, and nonstop from prepping and cooking to serving customers and helping run the tent. You showed up every day with dedication and heart, and I couldn’t have done it without you.

By Sunday, we were completely SOLD OUT by 8:30 PM! That was only possible because of each and every one of you who came out to support us.

A huge special shout out to Wyckoff Country Club Golf Course in Holyoke for making it possible for us to keep fresh food coming to all of you. Thank you for allowing me to use one of your golf carts to travel back and forth from the restaurant to our tent throughout the festival. Your kindness and generosity made a tremendous difference, and I’m truly grateful.

I also want to extend my sincere thanks to the Comité de l Fiestas Patronales de Holyoke for organizing such an amazing event year after year. Thank you for creating a space where we can come together to celebrate our Puerto Rican culture, honor our traditions, and keep our beautiful heritage alive even while we’re away from our beloved island. 🇵🇷🏝️

Being a small business owner isn’t always easy. There are long days, sleepless nights, and many sacrifices behind the scenes. But your continued support reminds me why I love what I do. Thank you for believing in Camellia’s and for supporting my dream.

As many of you know, we’re now temporarily closing our doors while we complete renovations to make Camellia’s even better for all of you. We can’t wait to welcome everyone back with a fresh new space and continue serving our amazing community.

And yes… we’re already preparing for the 2027 Holyoke Fiestas Patronales… 😂💖

We’re pressing pause for a little while! 💕

Starting August 3rd, Camellia’s will be temporarily closed for approximately 5 weeks while our kitchen undergoes construction and remodeling as part of improvements to our building.

These upgrades will help us better serve our amazing customers, and we can’t wait to welcome you back to an even better Camellia’s!

✨ We’re planning a Grand Reopening during the first or second week of September, and we’ll share the official date as soon as it’s confirmed.
