Good afternoon everyone ❤️
This is Josean Manuelle Baez the owner of Los Muñaños and the administrator of this page.
I have a bit of sad news for yall, but a positive thing for me.
After 6 years in business, I have decided to close doors and move forward…
This is no easy message, theres a big part of my heart I’m leaving behind. But after 6 years, I started at 19 years old at the Aquarius parking lot in the ugliest food truck in the 413… and that little food truck made a lot of dreams come true. I then went on to open up 2 locations and had both running for close to 2 years, but life is weird.
Let me explain— when I first got this crazy idea I was just a kid… a dreamer, a natural born hustler tryna find his way.

I’m extremely proud of myself. At one point I had 7 employees under my belt, helping other families bring income home, building up this business and simply chasing my crazy ass dreams… this started as a family business— it was Me— founder and creator of Los Pelao’s Kitchen along with my mother, my father, my big sister and my girlfriend, Nixa.
My mother was able to build her retirement home, and retire with the comfortable thought that they now had a peice of land in our homeland 🇵🇷 to be able to grow old peacefully, and I think that’s beautiful.🙏🏽

I’m now 25 years old been doing this for 6 years and realistically, even though it might sound crazy or even ungrateful to most— I did that s**t!!
I accomplished so much and truly believe that as of right now I truly did that s**t 🦾but there’s a BUT to the situation and that’s that I’m a 25 year old man… with many many more dreams and aspirations outside of the kitchen.
I’m gonna take this time to enjoy my wife’s pregnancy, truly soak in life’s greatest gift and sit back away from the drama, the stress and the anxiety of running a restaurant. I love and appreciate everyone who’s rode with me for the past 6 years. This isn’t a goodbye— it’s a see you later 🙏🏽❤️ gracias por 6 años de amor cariño y apoyo!! I wouldn’t be nothing without you guys!! ✌🏽☮️❤️
