**Announcement: A New Chapter for Smokey Island Hut**

Dear friends and supporters,

We want to take a moment to thank each of you for your incredible support of Smokey Island Hut during this time of change. After careful consideration and discussions, we have collectively decided that the best course of action is to stop the transfer of ownership for the restaurant.

While this means that the restaurant portion of Smokey Island Hut will be closing its doors permanently, we are excited to announce that the food truck, special orders, and catering services will continue to operate in 2025.

We are currently working hard to liquidate some assets and get our food truck back up and running. We look forward to bringing the delicious flavors of Smokey Island Hut to you through our food truck events in the near future!

Thank you for your understanding and continued support during this transition. We appreciate each of you and are eager to share more updates as we move forward together.

Dear Community,

I hope this message finds you well! I want to take a moment to extend my sincerest gratitude to everyone who contributed to making our community Thanksgiving a resounding success at Smokey's Island Smokehouse.
