Reminder we are closed on Mondays and Tuesdays.
Reminder the Tuesday market is closed due to extreme heat today in Onalaska.

While the bakery is closed, oftentimes I am still in prepping things that need to happen.
Today for example, the starter needed to be prepped for the pizza dough so we could mix the pizza dough this afternoon so it can be ready for us to roll out the sourdough pizza crusts tomorrow morning for an order that's being picked up Thursday.

The kids and I get to spend Monday's & Tuesdays together, so today they got to come to the bakery and help.
You'll notice a display of their perler beads art back up. They also restocked stickers, unpacked deliveries, swept floors, picked out some freezer treats and drew this beautiful art on one of our white boards. Really they are awesome helpers and both can't wait until they are old enough to actually work here ❤️

Hi friends 👋

The Tuesday farmers market for July 14th at Great River Landing has been cancelled due to the heat!

Most of the vendors had to back out due to the extreme heat index so the decision was made to cancel.

So, our markets this week will be
Friday July 17th 330-7pm HCCC 1815 ward ave La Crosse
Saturday July 18th 730am-noon Le Vee Park Winona
Sunday July 19th 8am-1pm Onalaska farm fresh market Ashley furniture parking lot

See you there or at our store front!
Reminder our store is closed Monday & Tuesday.

*We will have a freezer sale on baked goods this week due to an overbake for the Sunday market. I over estimated 🤷‍♀️🤦‍♀️. My mistake will be your gain. Sale will be stellar. Get there Wednesday for the best selection!!

Quiche and frittata is bacon, chive peppers and cheddar cheese ❤️

Chocolate chip cookie Cheesecake bars, lemon bars, gourmet cookies, scones, large cookies gourmet cookies, cupcakes and more!

Chicken pot pies have been restocked!

Peanut curry lentil soup also has been restocked along with Thai chicken coconut curry ❤️

Sourdough breads today in sandwich, jalapeno cheddar, asiago herb and Italian herb.

Plus, our restock of our custom boxes came - and two new sizes!.
Super large, which will fit a dozen of our gourmet cookies.
And a smaller 8x8 size - more options to fill up a box in the bakery!

Hi 👋👋

We got a fun new pie press!!

Custom made for us from a company in Canada, I'll tag them in the comments since it's not letting me here.

Nick wanted to race the pie press. Here's a short clip of the beginning of the race!
Needless to say the pie press did end up going quite a bit faster and will end up saving us time and our arms from getting sore 😅

Happy Wednesday July 8th! We're open until 3pm today!

I'm back! You may have not even noticed - but the fam and I took vacation for the last little bit and had a lovely time 🙂. Thanks for your patience with email replies, although Kristen did many of those for me while I was away ♥️

Now onto today and this week!
We have a delightful case for you. Gourmet cookies in 7 flavors. Vegan triple chocolate, vegan sea salt chocolate chip, dairy free lemon, dairy free confetti, s'mores, PB explosion, and Cookie monster. Large vegan PB chip cookies.
Scones in lemon blueberry, white chocolate raspberry, vegan triple berry, and vegan mango strawberry.

Quiche and frittata in sausage, onion, spinach and feta cheese - look at those beautiful crusts ♥️♥️
