WE’RE LOOKING FOR A NEW ROOMATE (co-tenant)!!
We’ve had a blast with our buddies this past year but they are busy and focused on their DTLA location so we’re looking for an operator to come join the fun in East Hollywood for a few months. We have a big kitchen with lots of storage that would be great as a pop-up or a ghost kitchen. We’re centrally located and have parking. Could be a 7 day a week operation or just a few days a week. New and exciting!
This is our new team member Luis .18 from Guadalajara, Mexico ! We’re super excited to have him here in our kitchen and all the exciting ideas in the works. First out the gate is our new cactus pear agua fresca. Known as Colonche in Mexico, this fizzy and sweet beverage is made from fermented cactus pear (tuna) organic Mexican sugar and water. We can’t stop drinking it around here. Available in store and flacoshop.com

A very small amount of alcohol is created during fermentation so please keep that in mind!
