I was wandering through the store this weekend and, naturally, found myself checking out the chocolate.😏🥸🍫

Two bars caught my eye:

🍫 4.3 oz. — $16.99
🍫 5.3 oz. — $19.99

And it got me thinking...

An Aunt Sarah's specialty chocolate bar is 8 oz. for $20.

There's absolutely a time and place for store-bought chocolate (trust me, I buy it too 🤷‍♀️), but it was a nice little reminder that “handcrafted” and “small-batch” don't always have to mean “out of my budget.” ❤️

Every one of my bars is made by me, in small batches, and I truly pour my heart into what I create. ❤️ From dreaming up the flavors and choosing the ingredients, to filling the bars, adding those final little touches, packaging and labeling each one, there is care and intention behind every step.

I care about how it tastes, how it looks, and most importantly, that when you choose to spend your money on something I've created, you feel like it was worth it. ❤️

No assembly line. Just a chocolate-loving lady who still gets ridiculously excited when someone chooses something she made. 😊🍫

I've been doing some thinking about what I stock in stores, and I think it's time to shake things up a little. ✨

I have plenty of ideas bouncing around in my head... but I'm not the one buying them. YOU are. 😉 So rather than guessing what you'd like to see, I want to hear it straight from you!

When you stop by a store carrying Aunt Sarah's Confections, what kind of packaged treats would you actually be excited to find on the shelf?

I'm looking specifically for goodies that can be packaged and stocked in-store with a good shelf life, so save the cheesecakes and cupcakes for another day. 😊😅

The Butterbeer Timbits were good, but WOW are they sweet. 😅 Like... one might be enough sweet lol.

They messed up my original order and gave me two each of the same houses, so naturally I went back for Gryffindor and Hufflepuff.

No regrets. 😂

Ok, so apparently no bake cookies do not photograph well, and kinda look like beef patties 😂🤷‍♀️

On a good note, they taste delicious 😋. My original thought was to make chocolate chip oatmeal cookies, but the heat, humidity, and summer said "don't turn that oven on today!" , so I pivoted 😅

Nothing like a homemade cookie, without heating up the house in the process 😆
