We get excited when we source organic garlic from local farms—especially farms close to our kitchen in Holliston. After all, garlic is our foundational ingredient—and local, organic garlic can be surprisingly fickle to find.

Garlic is our foundational ingredient and it's important to source the best garlic. Our goal is to source local and organic garlic from New England. It's the best garlic for our garlic salt.
