The Frenchie Fix

09/28/2026

The Frenchie Fix is officially starting to feel like fall.

The not-so-glamorous side of owning a mobile coffee business. The truck + trailer are getting some much-needed TLC this week. A full detail, maintenance, and a little reset after all the miles we’ve put on lately.

We’ll be closed Monday-Friday, but catch us back at Poochey Chef Saturday + Sunday from 9AM-1PM! 🐾☕️

We will miss you all this week!!

I used to think a 5 year plan had to be this big, impressive list of things to accomplish.

Now I think mine is pretty simple.

Keep growing this little dream.

Keep taking care of the people who keep showing up for it.
Keep giving back to the community that gave me a chance.
Keep creating a place people genuinely love coming to.
And keep building a life that I’m excited to call mine.

I still have big dreams for The Frenchie Fix. I just think success looks a whole lot different to me now.
