If you’ve ever wondered who the “Frenchie” is behind The Frenchie Fix…

Meet Easton.

Long before there was a coffee trailer or The Frenchie Fix, it was just me and him figuring out life together. He was my sidekick through every adventure, every road trip, every big decision, and every dream that felt a little too scary to chase.

He had the biggest personality packed into the smallest body. He made ordinary days feel special, turned every errand into an adventure, and somehow convinced everyone he met that they were his new best friend.

When I started dreaming about this business, he was right there beside me for every step. He may not have understood what I was building, but he was there through the late nights, the planning, the excitement, and all the moments in between.

He inspired so much more than the name. He inspired the feeling I wanted this business to have. A place that feels welcoming, joyful, and full of the kind of happiness he gave so effortlessly.

This business will always be about coffee. But to me, it’ll always be the story of a girl who was lucky enough to have a little Frenchie by her side while she built the life she’d always dreamed of.🤎

It’s funny how people come into your life. Addy started as a customer, and now shes the girl that always shows up.

No matter how last minute it is, she never hesitates to jump in. She figures it out as she goes, always brings the best attitude, and somehow makes even the busiest days more fun.

When she’s not at the trailer, she’s usually cycling, doing all the girly things, or at her marketing job.

Addi, thank you for always showing up, always saying “yes,” and for becoming such a special part of The Frenchie Fix. 🤎

✨ Meet Julia ✨

If you’ve ever laughed at one of our reels or loved something we’ve posted, there’s a good chance Julia had something to do with it.

She’s the creative mind behind so much of The Frenchie Fix, somehow turning all of my random ideas into something even better.

On top of that, she’s working full-time and earning her master’s degree, and I honestly have no idea how she does it all.

Julia, thank you for always saying “Let’s do it,” for bringing so much creativity and positivity to this business, and for helping tell the story behind The Frenchie Fix.🤎

✨ Meet Maddy ✨

Before there was The Frenchie Fix, Maddy and I worked together at a veterinary hospital. We made it through long days, stressful moments, and somehow always found something to laugh about. So when this little coffee dream became a reality, there was never a question that I wanted her to be part of it.

Now she’s balancing full-time nursing school while somehow still showing up every shift ready to work hard and take care of everyone around her.

Thank you for believing in this dream, always having my back, and being such a big part of The Frenchie Fix. 🤎

If you’ve stopped by The Frenchie Fix, chances are you’ve met Jaiden.

She was my very first hire, and I truly can’t imagine this business without her.

Whether she’s making drinks, taking orders, or jumping in wherever she’s needed, she always gets it done with a smile. No matter how busy we are, she’s calm, dependable, and someone I know I can always count on.

When she’s not at the trailer, she’s a full-time Penn State Business student, a gym girl, and a proud Frenchie mom.

Jaiden, thank you for believing in this dream from the beginning and for being such a huge part of The Frenchie Fix.🤎

Seeing The Frenchie Fix in the running for Hometown Favorites is something we never imagined when this little coffee dream started.

Some people know us as the sister duo behind the weekday rush at The Frenchie Fix.

These days, she’s taking some well deserved time soaking up life with my sweet nephew, but she’ll always be a huge part of this business and the heart behind so many of our mornings.

When she’s not at the trailer, you’ll usually find her being an incredible mom or out hiking with her dog Cali.

Alayna, thank you for believing in this dream from the very beginning, for always showing up, and for being the best sister and teammate I could ask for. None of this would be the same without you. 🤎

✨ Meet the Owner | Sarah ✨

Hi! I’m Sarah, the owner of The Frenchie Fix. 🤎

Before coffee, I spent eight years working in a veterinary hospital. I always thought that’s where I’d spend my career. I loved caring for animals, building relationships with clients, and being there for people during some of the hardest and happiest moments with their pets. It taught me compassion, resilience, and how important it is to make people feel cared for.

If you know me, you know my dogs have always been my whole heart. Easton, my little Frenchie, inspired this business and will always be the heart behind its name.

Starting The Frenchie Fix wasn’t just about opening a coffee trailer. It was about taking a chance on myself and building something that brings people together.

Now I get to spend my days serving coffee, meeting incredible people, and watching this little dream grow into a community. Every familiar face at the window reminds me that taking the leap was worth it.
