🚨 IMPORTANT — PLEASE DO NOT PAY BLUE BARN FARM THROUGH VENMO! 🚨
We have unfortunately been scammed through Venmo, and we want to make sure people become aware of this.
Someone has created a fake Venmo account using the Blue Barn Farm name and our logo. The username is almost identical to ours — there is one small but very important difference: a dash at the end of the username.
If you search “Blue Barn Farm” in the Venmo search bar, the FAKE account is currently appearing first. Because they copied our logo, it can be very easy to mistake it for our account. 😡
PLEASE DO NOT SEND ANY PAYMENTS TO BLUE BARN FARM THROUGH VENMO — EVEN IF THE ACCOUNT LOOKS LIKE US.
Our legitimate Venmo account is accessible when you scan the QR code we provide, but because of this scam, we are asking everyone to stop using Venmo with us for now.
👉 We are working on setting up Square as a safer way for our customers to make payments. We will let you know as soon as Square is ready.
We are so sorry for the confusion and inconvenience. We truly appreciate everyone who supports our farm, and we especially appreciate you helping us spread the word so that no one else gets scammed.
We have no idea how long this has been going on. We were alerted by a small business owner in Michigan who was being scammed also. She saw Blue Barn Farm on the same list of payments to the scammer. She looked us up to let us know. Thank goodness for kind people.
