Happy Sunday, friends! Today’s close-up is proof that some things are just ready for their shell-fie. 🦪📸

Meet the Marlborough Bay—a Pacific beauty raised in the frigid, pristine currents of New Zealand’s Marlborough Sounds. These oysters are grown using a suspended FlipFarm method, resulting in impeccably clean, grit-free shells and thick, immaculate meats. (One of Bob & Tessa's personal favorites!)

The flavor? Prominent salinity, cool cucumber accents, a velvety mouthfeel, fresh sea-breeze brininess, and a lingering kiss of sugarcane sweetness. Basically, the ocean put on its Sunday best. 🌊✨
