Two unforgettable specials from our 20th Anniversary Celebration week ✨
Our Phyllo Wrapped King Salmon with confit mango, spicy coconut sauce, brown butter sushi rice, and aromatic herbs was an absolute standout.
Another evening featured our Seared Scallops with shoyu polenta cakes, wasabi white chocolate sauce, sake wilted spinach, crispy shallot XO, burnt lime, and fresh mint.
