We both live part-time on Lake Holcombe, and we don’t just run Eastbay—we believe in it. We’ve walked these docks, shared these views, and we know just how much this place means to those who call it home (or home for the weekend). Eastbay is also about people—our team is made up of hardworking, big-hearted locals who care deeply about your experience. From the kitchen to the dock to the dining room, they’re the ones who make the magic happen. We are honored to work beside them and support them as they bring Eastbay to life, one shift at a time. We’re also deeply committed to our community. Whether it’s through hosting fundraisers, supporting local talent, or partnering with area organizations, we see Eastbay as a gathering place that reflects the heart of Holcombe. Because around here, we believe the best weekends don't start on Friday anymore.

🎵 LONG LIVE SUMMER. 🎵

Seven live music experiences. Four days. One incredible weekend at Eastbay Lodge.

We're not saying we've outdone ourselves...
..but you haven't even had dinner yet. 😏

It all starts Thursday at 5:30 PM with local favorite Jeff White. We haven't seen nearly enough of Jeff this summer, and we're excited to welcome him back to the Eastbay stage.

Friday is absolutely stacked.

🎸 30 Minute Difference returns at 6:00 PM after completely blowing the crowd away the last time they were here. These guys are crazy talented, full of energy, and back for an encore.

🎧 When the music wraps, the party doesn't.

Bad Apple Entertainment keeps the lakeside rocking with the mashups and mixes that had our Tiki packed and your feet moving just last weekend.

🎤 Still ready for more?

Rock The Dock kicks off at 9:00 PM inside the Sports Bar with KaraFun Karaoke, where the Legends of the Bay have been known to deliver performances that deserve recording contracts...or at least another round.

Saturday keeps the momentum rolling.

🎙️ Emm K takes the stage at 2:30 PM, and every single time she performs, those powerhouse vocals stop conversations and steal the show.

🤠 Then at 6:00 PM, one of the lake's favorite country bands, Leather Mustang, returns to Eastbay. Led by rising country talent Grayson, this is country music exactly the way a summer Saturday should sound.

Sunday? We're not slowing down.

It's a DOUBLE HEADER!

🎸 Rich Schroeder starts things off at 1:00 PM, followed by the first-ever Eastbay appearance of the incredibly talented Micah Uttecht Trio at 4:00 PM.

Seven live music experiences. One long weekend.

On Saturday, August 29, Eastbay goes Green & Gold for what promises to be one of the biggest celebrations of the summer.

🏈 A full day of activities.
🎸 The hottest bands on the lake.
🤝 Four Green Bay legends. Face-to-face.

There's only one Eastbay.

The truth is, we don't hire very often. Not because we don't grow... but because our people tend to stay.

We've worked hard to build something different here. A place where people are respected. Where hard work is noticed. Where your teammates have your back. Where being a good human matters just as much as being good at your job.

Another week of summer is here... and before we tell you what's happening, we just want to say thank you. ❤️

2026 has been an incredible year at Eastbay, and it's because of all of you.

Whether you've stopped in for dinner, spent an afternoon on the docks, listened to live music, camped with us, brought your family for brunch, celebrated with friends, or simply shared Eastbay with someone else... you've helped build something pretty special here on Lake Holcombe.

From the bottom of our hearts, thank you. Our entire team is grateful for the support, encouragement, and memories you've helped create all season long.

As our way of saying thanks, we've put together another HUGE weekend of live music, activities, amazing food, lakeside fun, and summer memories.

🎶 Seven live performances all weekend featuring Jeff White, 30 Minute Difference, Bad Apple Entertainment, EMMK, Leather Mustang, Rich Schroeder, and the Micah Uttech Duo.

🎧 Friday night also means Rock the Dock! Join us at 9:30 PM in the Sports Bar as the music keeps rolling long after the lakeside stage wraps up.

🍕 Thursday is #54745 Night with pizza, flatbread, and drink specials after 5 PM.

🐟 Friday is our famous Wisconsin Fish Fry featuring beer-battered walleye and cod.

🍳 Sunday Brunch returns with the waffle bar, omelet bar, carved meats, fresh favorites, and all the reasons to stay just a little longer.

📣 A quick Saturday note: Our Sports Bar, Sports Bar Menu, outdoor decks, Tiki Bar, and live music will all be open as usual. The Supper Club will be reserved for a private event Saturday evening, so regular Supper Club dining will resume on Sunday.
