So, it has been almost 7 weeks since I broke my ankle and tibia! My favorite guy has assumed the cooking responsibilities here! While tending to all my needs as well, gardening and working a full time job! He has been amazing! Tonight he made steak tips, rice pilaf and grilled zucchini and summer squash! I will give it the Chef’s kiss 😘! We also have a boatload of zucchini and summer squash! Come visit me and a parting gift will be from the bounty of our garden!! Seriously, you don’t have to stay long but we can not use it all!!

Getting ready for an early Mother’s Day brunch! Fresh fruit and sausages. Ham, tomato, broccoli, onion and cheddar cheese crustless quiche, and a bacon, onion, spinach and Swiss cheese crustless quiche! Croissants and chocolate covered strawberries as well! Quiche just went in the oven! Get here fast, it won’t last! My favorite guy picked some flowers for the table!
