Aegean Pizza & Italian Restaurant and CarlosPizzaOven have officially partnered! Making all of your favorites from both restaurants available under one roof- at the bar, in the restaurant, for takeout and for delivery.

Located at 480-23 Patchogue Holbrook Rd, customers can now enjoy all of Carlo’s Pizza Oven’s classic pizzas and italian dishes, alongside Aegean Pizza’s original Aegean pie, gyros, souvlakis and other specialties.

Harry of Aegean Pizza, brings with him the recipes and experience of Aegean’s 1974-2022 heritage, pairing perfectly with Billy of Carlo’s Pizza Oven, who has been serving the Holbrook and surrounding communities since 1990.

We thank all of our continued customers for their unwavering support over the years and through this partnering process; we also look forward to meeting and serving new customers as this newfound partnership continues to flourish.

We thank you all so much for the outpouring of support over the past week!
