Frank first opened the doors on Archer Avenue in 1982, offering French fried shrimp, scallops, perch, cat fish and home-made onion rings. Today, at Frank's most recent location in Hoffman Estates, we still offer the finest shrimp from the Gulf waters, hand cleaned then breaded after being dipped into our succulent batter and cooked to order. At Frank's we strive to make the customer happy and well-fed.
