😡😡 A MESSAGE FROM THE OWNER 💔💔

My name is Brenda Romero, owner of Vaquero Taquero Mucho, with all respect please keep in mind if you want extra we will charge for extras, I don’t see why people see my business as not worth of respect just like any other chain restaurant in town, YES! I CHARGE FOR CHIPS & SALSA, you want a second coke? YES WE CHARGE for extra drinks, you want extra than WE WILL CHARGE FOR EXTRAS and credit card fees are also charged (just like most places do)

🚨These are normal business practices, and just like everything else today, the cost of running a business continues to increase. I am working hard to keep our prices as reasonable and doors open.
If you have a question or concern about a charge, please come directly to me. I am the owner, I am local, and I am here. I will always take the time to listen and address a legitimate concern.
‼️What I WILL NOT TOLERATE IS THE DISRESPECT TOWARD MY CREW. ‼️
My employees are human beings doing their best to serve you. If you have an issue, speak to me respectfully and I will speak to you with the same respect. But please do not call, yell at, insult, or disrespect my employees over a restaurant policy.
I will always go above and beyond for my customers. I truly appreciate every person who chooses to support my business. ❤️
But let's also remember something:
THE CUSTOMER IS NOT ALWAYS RIGHT.
📌Respect goes both ways.
I will always stand behind my customers when they are treated unfairly, but I will also stand behind my employees when they are treated unfairly.
We are a small local business, but we are still a business—and we deserve the same respect as anyone else.
