Pretty special. 🤎

Thank you, Governor Michelle Lujan Grisham, for sharing a little piece of Cleo’s 1885!

We’ve loved watching this mural come to life in downtown Hobbs, and seeing it get some love across New Mexico makes us even more excited for what’s ahead.

We’re proud to call Hobbs home, proud to be part of our downtown, and we can’t wait to welcome everyone through the doors of Cleo’s 1885.

The West is waking up in downtown Hobbs. 🤠

Well, the secret’s out—it’s Dolly, y’all. 🌹

Melanie Posner has been working under that New Mexico sun, bringing every detail to life—and she’s absolutely nailing it.

Bold, beautiful and full of personality… we’d say Dolly fits right in at Cleo’s.

And she’s not finished yet. Just wait until you see the whole wall.

We had 3 correct guesses! Congratulations to all 3 winners, who will each receive a shirt and mug. 💛

🎨 ARTIST SPOTLIGHT: MELANIE POSNER

Meet Melanie Posner, the incredibly talented Los Angeles–based muralist and fine artist bringing one of Cleo’s walls to life!

What is she painting? Our lips are sealed. 🤫 You’ll have to follow along as the mystery unfolds—this is one reveal you won’t want to miss!

Welcome to Cleo’s, Melanie. We’re honored to have your artistry become part of our story.

MEET WYATT: CHEF BY TRADE. COWBOY BY… RECENT DEVELOPMENTS. 🤠

Meet Wyatt, Cleo’s 1885 Chef de Cuisine.

When he’s in the kitchen, he means business. Wyatt is helping bring Cleo’s menu to life and will be a big part of what happens behind those kitchen doors.

But apparently cooking wasn’t enough excitement for him.
Somewhere along the way, Wyatt decided he was a cowboy.
And then he took it one step further and climbed on a steer.

Because why the hell not? 😂

From running a kitchen to hanging on for dear life in the arena, we’d say he’s settling into the Cleo’s way of doing things just fine.

Welcome to the wild side, Chef. 🤠

Well look who made it all the way to Red River. 🤠

Cleo’s may be getting ready to open her doors in downtown Hobbs, but apparently she’s already out seeing the world.

Heather Bean & Cigi Hardin are reppin’ Cleo’s 1885 in the mountains, and we have to say… that burgundy looks pretty darn good at this elevation. 😉

From Hobbs to Red River, the word is getting around.

Old Wild West meets today.
And apparently, she travels well.

Thanks for taking a little piece of Cleo’s along for the ride, ladies! ❤️
