Weekly Specials: Bagel Edition!

Breakfast special: Green Goddess: two eggs scrambled with pesto,ham on everything bagel with fried mozzerella

With two cooks out in the hospital (non cook related 😅) that leaves us with two cooks for awhile. We do need to give those cooks a day off or two so our kitchen hours will be modified alittle here and there. Most days our kitchen is open til 5pm every day BUT will sometimes be closing our kitchen at 4pm to accommodate the cooks! We usually have 2 cooks a day,one per shift. So we are prioritizing not putting extra burden on our two cooks with our other two cooks being out! We are open 7 days a week,7am-6pm front of house for drinks/pastries and regular kitchen hours which is 7am-5pm most of the week. We appreciate all the support and we apologize for any inconvenience. Thanks!

✨️✨️✨️Hey y'all! We know money is tight for everyone right now but we did want to post a Gofundme family started for one of our cooks who had heart surgery today Tommy,who has been one of our cooks for awhile and all around Mr. Maintenence Man! This is also the partner of our cook manager Carrie, who has ran the kitchen the last few years and makes all our yummy cafe and banana breads and a lot of other treats! She is our heavy hitter cook for weekends especially! We appreciate them both so much! We are donating ourself and even if you can't give at this time (we totally understand!) liking and sharing really goes just as far! We appreciate our cooks,servers,baristas and floaters! We wouldn't be able to be Sip without them !

Tomorrow Wednesday September 16th,our kitchen will be closed the whole day as we have a cook in the hospital and and another needing a day off. We are a small staff and we always have been so we appreciate your patience and understand while we recover! Thank you. We will be open from 7am-6pm for beverages and pastries!

We are open today,for just a small offering of pastries and coffees. We hope to be fully open tomorrow with our full menu available! We do prefer CASH but can accept debit/credit cards,we've been having some wifi issues with our provider as expected after this outtage. We hope everyone is staying safe!

Just like everyone else in town we are still without power! Even if power is restored,due to food loss and needing to replace all stock,we will more than likely NOT be open this weekend. We will let everyone know when we're back at it! We hope all are safe and that we all take care of each other the best we can! Hobart strong!
