Here to clear up some confusion about our online ordering 🙂

All online orders will have a 30 minute preparation time, meaning that when you place your order, the earliest your order will be ready is 30 minutes from the time we receive your order. This is standard for online ordering so please keep that in mind when placing your orders!!

So the two options for when you order online are 1)order is ready in 30 minutes or 2)order is ready at your scheduled time (which could be scheduled for later that day or up to three days out!!!)

If you ever want an order sooner, you’re still welcome to call us to place an order but the timing will depend on how many tickets we currently have ahead of your order so we can’t guarantee an earlier pick up time.
