I somehow managed to fill the ENTIRE board again this year! ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿคท๐Ÿผโ€โ™€๏ธ๐Ÿฆ (eve though every year I say Iโ€™m going to cut back ๐Ÿคฆ๐Ÿผโ€โ™€๏ธ)

I feel really bad about tonight and I wanted to come on here and give a little explanation. ๐Ÿฉท

For those of you who donโ€™t know, I teach in Hilton (20 years Kindergarten and I just switched to full day UPK last year).

The reason that we are closed on Mondays is because I have to clean the soft serve machine which takes anywhere from 2.5-3hours start to finish and this is the only day that works.

I cleaned the machine tonight while my daughter was at Volleyball and then stopped back at The Creamery to pick up dinner from Carbones and grab some ice cream tubs for upcoming events. (I took them home to the trailer because we have a big ice cream order coming tomorrow so I needed to make space.)

Why the long explanation? Because I had to turn away customers and it broke my heart. ๐Ÿฅบ I felt awful and I feel like I need to come on here and let you guys know why.

I know that it is not ideal to be closed on a Monday but itโ€™s just what works best for me. Iโ€™m so sorry. ๐Ÿ˜ข

If you know ahead of time that a team may be coming in, please let me know and I will plan accordingly to open up for you guys even if Iโ€™m still cleaning I can have some of my kiddos there to serve you. Thank you for your understanding if you are still reading. ๐Ÿค
