South Padre already did their Polar Bear Plunge and had an awesome turnout, Congrats. Our Annual Hilton Head Island Polar Bear Plunge is coming up on New Year's Day and lets see if we can out-do them. Jan. 1st, 9:30am, PPPP Beach Workout with Phil Mullins and Alyssa Petro, 10:00am Raffle prizes begin, 10:30am Costume Competition and the "All for One" run into the water is at 11:00am, all at the Coligny Beach on the South End of Hilton Head Island, with all proceeds going to Charli's Critter Foundation. We all hope to see you there and Merry Christmas from Smooth and the South End Family.

Countdown has started... 28 days left until our Annual, Hilton Head Island, Polar Bear Plunge, New Year's Day, with activities starting at 9:30am and culminating into the 11:00am, run into the ocean, with all proceeds going to Charli's Critter Foundation. Make sure to show up on time to get a t-shirt, as we tend to run out and there's no charge to run into the ocean. Hope to see you there and if you have any questions, please come by Smooth, Smoothie Juice shop by Staples on the South end and we'll help you out.

It's almost that time again. Hilton Head Island Polar Bear Plunge, 2024, Jan. 1st, New Year's Day, on Coligny Beach. Festivities start at 10:00am, with the Costume Competition at 10:30am, followed by the On Time Run into the Water at 11:00am. Don't be late or you'll miss 500 people running into the ocean at the same time. Also all proceeds will go directly to the Charli's Critter Foundation.
