Sous vide boneless pork chop, Cajun maux-chou, strawberry rhubarb jelly.

Sous vide the pork chops at 140F for 1 hour. Sautéed onion, bell pepper, tomatoes, corn, garlic, Old Bay seasoning until veggies were charred. Added chicken stock, cooked until stock evaporated.

Seasoned the pork chops with cajun seasoning, seared them in a cast ron pan until nicely browned.

I have to admit…..the strawberry rhubarb jelly was a gift from a neighbor. But it paired very well with this dish!
