We are always excited when Chef Erin thinks outside of the proverbial {dessert} box!

🫐 Blueberry compote with a splash of 🍊Cointreau folded into vanilla, chai cheesecake and beautifully drizzled with a vanilla bean crème anglaise ... One bite and we were in love, as were last night's dinner guests!

Around for one more night and then on to the next sweet creation.
