THE LOVE! THE SUPPORT! 😭🙏We can not thank you all enough!!!

We cannot believe how much has changed in the last 3 years!!! Each year just kept getting bigger and BIGGER!! Its crazy how much we have grown! Its crazy that this business is now our only source of income and that its still working!! Its more than working!

Our family and business are THRIVING because of you!

We can not wait for the next chapter! A food trailer!! That food trailer will become a second set up and soon we will hire employees! Welcoming others into our French Fry Family 🫶 All happening soon.

To think we started in a little blue pop up at Maku'u Farmers Market 3 years ago. Actually, it was under the Maku'u tents! Before the business even needed a generator! And everything was packed into a RAV4 with a sleepy 10 year old child at 530am, whining because he had to hold the signage because there was no room anywhere else. 🤣

What an amazing ride its been! We have big plans for the next year! Stay tuned!!! 😁🍟

👏Trust Your Gut👏
YOUR MENU IS PERFECT!

It's been 3 years and our menu hasn'tchanged.
We added Takis this year and collaborated with a local Smoked Meat business for a Wednesday Additional Topping Special. Otherwise, its unchanged.

❗️Consistency for 3 years❗️
We haven't added other types of fries. We haven't added Plate Options. We haven't added desserts, specialty drinks, or other random food items.
Staying consistent so our customers know whats always offered. 😌 Keeping things simple.

YES we see how well specialty drinks do, but there are enough businesses doing that.
YES we see how well dessert businesses do, how well burgers do, and we notice that most businesses have more diversity.

💥But we have built a business that allowed us to quit our jobs and that pays all our bills! And it isn't the fries. Its Consistency!

Find your schedule and stick to it! Find your menu and stick to it! If its slow its ok, it will catch on! Promise!

Trust Your Gut with that initial idea and run with it! Even if it takes 3 years! Don't conform, don't change, stay Consistent and stay true to your dream!

Confession: I am kind of a chocolate snob 😬🫣 I have been baking for years and am very particular about my chocolate. I was FLOORED by the frosting. JUST WOW. ANDDD It held up with the midday heat and wasn't crusty or metly. Cannot wait to catch them next Sunday at Maku'u! I want to try everything now!!

They are such a kind and honest hearted couple as well. Love when we see team work and passion in a new business. You can tell they put love into this business. They deserve some more followers and encouragement! 🫶 (they had only 16 FOLLOWERS when we followed them) You better jump on this business! They are building their brand! Be apart of it!!! 🙌
