We originally intended to feature this egg sandwich as a special on our made-to-order menu, but everyone who tried it said it was a winner — so it’s officially staying for the spring/summer season. Available Wednesday through Monday, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Hi Folks. Spring has sprung and we have gone wild with pesto:

Special egg sandwich with mortadella , provolone, arugula, pickled red onions and a ramp, basil, spinach pesto on a toasted ciabatta roll

Cauliflower crust pizza with a ramp pesto, ricotta, mozzarella and parmesan cheese. Served with arugula and or sautéed mushrooms

Pasta salad with ramp, basil, spinach pesto, mozzarella cheese, sun-dried tomatoes, artichoke hearts and roasted peppers.

Penne with a basil pesto.
