Miso Ramen
Rich, savory miso broth with ground pork, shiitake mushrooms, chicken chashu, soft-boiled egg, sweet corn, bamboo shoots, scallions, seaweed strips, and chili oil.

Braised Pork bowls: Slow-braised caramel pork with seasoned egg over jasmine rice, topped with fried shallots, fresh cucumber and carrots, cilantro, nuac cham slaw, and drizzled with  house made garlic chili oil.

We will be closed this upcoming weekend for Thanksgiving break.

This Week: Vietnamese

Beef Pho - A rich, aromatic broth simmered for hours, served with tender sliced beef, fresh herbs, rice noodles, and all the classic fixings.

Lemongrass Chicken - Seared lemongrass-marinated chicken over jasmine rice, topped with fried shallots and crushed peanuts. Served with nuoc cham slaw, crisp carrots and cucumbers, fresh cilantro, side of hoisin sauce, and drizzled with scallion oil sauce.

Thank you for another incredible start of the week. Our Indian menu was a huge hit - we completely sold out! We’ll be closed today to restock and prep.

Come see us again tomorrow Saturday, Nov. 1, when we’re back and ready to serve.

This Weeks Theme: India 🇮🇳

Chicken 65:
Crispy South Indian fried chicken tossed in a tangy glaze. Served with basmati rice, pickled carrots/daikon radish/green bean (achar), and cucumber mint yogurt sauce (raita)

Butter Chicken:
Marinated chicken in a creamy tomato–butter sauce with garam masala and fenugreek. Served with basmati rice and garlic butter naan

Both dishes are made from scratch in-house with traditional marinades and spices ✨
