Ok gang,

Need to vent for a minute.

So, 3 people(not from the area)came in to the shop this afternoon. The gentleman looked at the front display case read the menu for maybe a minute or 2 and left. Told his wife he couldn't eat there. She ordered. When the order was finished she expressed dissatisfaction on a number of things she perceived, "Overflowing" kitchen cans (end of the day of course they are), display case in "disarray"- soup & taco pans completing the serv safe procedures for cooling while being accessible quickly for sale, etc..

The 1 star Google review showed up a bit ago. Complained about the food too of course. Whatever. Everyone has the right to their opinion.

My BIG problem is her berating and basically bullying one of my girls for a number of minutes with her opinion. Getting a phone call from an upset staff member I trust implicitly just really bugs me. If there's an issue, I would appreciate it being brought to me.

We are not perfect by any means and we are not to everyone's taste but we do our damndest to do things properly and keep it fresh and clean. And, yes, you've all seen me get real messy when it's crazy busy.

Sorry to go on so long but I have the best staff and I will go full Mama Bear to take care of them.

NOTE- I always say you all are the Best! I truly appreciate all the support and love you all are sharing but I'm turning off the comments.

Ok gang,

So, for some reason our phone lines are sporadically sending calls directly to voice-mail. If this happens to you, please just try to call back.

You gotta love technology!!
