This is a bread preorder pickup and sweet treat drop-off, not a staffed pop-up! I'll be delivering fresh loaves for preorders and leaving some sweet treats available to purchase.

Okayyy this trend is too good not to try. 😂🤎

You take this completely blank box of cake pops, upload it to ChatGPT, and tell it to decorate every single one based on what it already knows about you.

So of course I had to see what mine would look like. 😂

And the finished box is basically my whole life in cake pop form.

My grandbaby.
The lake.
The Word.

The little things that make me, me. 🤎

Did you know I actually make TWO different kinds of cake pops?! 🤎🍰

For years, I only made them one way, and it's still one of my favorites!

The first kind is what you're seeing in the first picture! I make homemade cake batter, pipe it into individual molds, and bake each little ball of cake separately. Then I fill each one with a frosting or filling that complements the flavor before dipping and decorating!

These particular beauties are PUMPKIN SPICE cake pops, filled with cream cheese frosting, dipped in vanilla coating, and finished with a cookie butter crumb swirl! 🤤🍂

The second kind is more like a cake truffle! I bake a cake, crumble it into my mixer, and blend it into a soft, dough-like consistency. Then I roll it out, cut it into shapes, and dip and decorate!

That's how I make the cakesicles, discs, and other fun custom shapes you see in the next two pictures!

Both are delicious, but the textures are completely different!

You guys got a little sneak peek at the Pumpkin Crumble Coffee Cake last week, and it is officially joining this weekend’s lineup.

I’m already baking for a large order, so I’m opening up a limited number of additional orders while the kitchen is running anyway.

And if you’ve been waiting to try the cinnamon rolls… don’t wait until Saturday. 😂 The last time we did a pop-up, more than 60 were gone in less than an hour, and they were basically spoken for before we even got started.

Fall is officially creeping into the kitchen over here at RayRay’s. 🍂🩷

I’ve been working on what I want our fall sweets to look like this year, and I have WAY too many ideas.

Cake pops.
Dipped treats.
Cookies.
Seasonal boxes.
All the cute fall things. 🍂

Tonight’s cake was a labor of love for my sweet friend Allie. 🤍

She has a whole list of allergies, so this carrot cake required a little creativity. 😂

🥕 No pineapple, so we went with shredded apples + a little apple c***r
🥕 Dairy-free butter
🥕 Dairy-free cream cheese
🥕 Roasted pecans
🥕 Vanilla bean paste
🥕 And a whole lot of praying that all my substitutions behaved themselves 😂

And y’all… it turned out SO GOOD.

So I guess this means RayRay’s can officially offer dairy-free carrot cake now. 👀🤣

As long as y’all are willing to pay the dairy-free tax because allergen-friendly EVERYTHING ain’t cheap. 😂

But for a dear friend? Worth every bit of it. 🤍

RayRay’s is popping up at Bella Vista this Friday! 💗🇺🇸

We’ll be joining Unleavened at Oscar Brown's Tavern for their 6th Annual Customer Appreciation Party, and we’re bringing the SWEETS. 🙌

RayRay’s will have cake pops + a few special treats alongside a full Unleavened lineup of fresh sourdough, bagels, English muffins, cinnamon rolls, cookies and those dark chocolate sourdough brownies. 😍

✨ We’ll be set up and ready by 4 PM
🎉 Party starts at 5 PM
🎶 Live music by Lee Warren starts at 7 PM
🍔 Food trucks

⛳ And the whole party happening right on the driving range!

Unleavened is heading to Bella Vista Golf Course / Oscar Brown's Tavern for the 6th Annual Customer Appreciation Party this Friday!

I’ll be set up and ready by 4 PM with a full table of fresh-baked favorites:
