Boneless short ribs from Norz Hill Farm & Market , LLC. slow-simmered with Oktoberfest l***r from Flounder Brewing Co. combined with Joey’s homemade marinara sauce to create a rich, hearty ragu served as a warm sandwich topped with melted provolone cheese for a special that celebrates local ingredients, local businesses, and great food—all in one bite.
