A little behind the scenes with me in the kitchen 😂🇮🇹🍝

Dishin up our homemade Stufato with beef braciole, Italian sausage, meatballs & homemade egg tagliatelle, then finishing off our Chicken Campania with fresh veggies sautéed in cold-pressed Italian EVOO. 🤌

I do the cooking, Señor makes it look pretty, my dad gets to, um I actually don’t know what he does😂… and you guys get to enjoy it 😂❤️

We feel like we owe everyone an apology… 😔

It’s recently been brought to our attention that people can’t stop talking about our Beef Short Ribs Gregorio. Apparently they’re “the best short ribs they’ve ever had.”

We sincerely apologize… and unfortunately, we have no plans on changing them. 😂🇮🇹🤌

Sometimes you have to get out and see how beautiful the world really is 🌎🌿🇩🇴

Olive trees, fresh avocados, chickens running around… it reminds me so much of my Nonno and Nonna’s farm back in Italy. 🇮🇹❤️ It’s where the love for fresh, simple food comes from—and exactly what we bring to Caffe Piazza every day. Maybe some homemade cold-pressed olive oil is next 😂🫒

Slow cooked all night and so tender I couldn’t even pick one up without it falling apart. And who said short ribs aren’t breakfast food? Around here, we eat good at any hour 🇮🇹🤌
