Tuesday Night Market is in full swing, and y’all.. we couldn’t love it more. ☀️❤️ All ages, family friendly, no cover charge, and so many cute dogs.

Stroll the incredible produce vendors. Pick up fresh flowers. Check out the classic car show. Discover your next favorite artist. Listen to live music. Support local businesses. Spend time with your community.

Honestly, Dad doesn’t need to know this wasn’t the plan all along. Just bring him to AMA... we’ll keep your secret. 🤫❤️

Father’s Day reservations are still available at AMA! Join us on the rooftop for summer vibes or settle into our cozy dining room, the perfect place to slow down, catch up, and linger over a great meal.

Order all the tapas that “look good.” (It’s Dad’s day. The answer is yes.) Then dive into steaks, fresh fish, paella, and save room for one of Chef Jamie’s ridiculously good desserts.

We’ll take care of the cooking. You make the memories.

This is one of our favorite nights of the week, when Historic Downtown Hillsboro comes alive with live music, classic cars, local vendors, artists, food, drinks, and the kind of community that reminds us why we love this town.

Heading to City Council tonight? Stop by AMA first for a bite! Find us at the corner of 2nd & Main serving up fresh paella from the big pans, Spanish sausage, and adult bevvies to enjoy as you wander. Or settle in on our covered rooftop for the best view or inside the restaurant for A/C.

Families are always welcome, and friendly, leashed pups continue to steal the show. 🐾

Join us for the Hillsboro Tuesday Night Market, where Historic Downtown Hillsboro transforms into a weekly celebration of community, local makers, music, food, and summer fun.

AMA will be out on the street serving up sips and bites perfect for wandering the market. Looking for something a little more substantial? Our covered, heated rooftop and cozy indoor dining room will be open with light bites, elevated plates, cocktails, wine, and all the hospitality you know and love.

Bring the kids. Bring the pups. Bring your friends.

Fortunately, AMA’s rooftop has trust issues with the weather too. 😏

Our covered, heated rooftop lets you enjoy the fresh air, good food, great views, and all the cozy vibes… without worrying about what the sky decides to do next.
