🍽️ THIS WEEK’S TAKE & BAKE DINNERS! ❤️

We’ve got three seriously cozy dinners this week, and (after soooo many requests ❤️) I have a feeling Dad’s Ham & Beans might disappear fast!

🥓 TUESDAY, OCTOBER 6 — Chicken Bacon Ranch Alfredo
Creamy Alfredo tossed with cavatappi, tender chicken, crispy bacon and just the right amount of ranch, finished with Parmesan. Basically all the good things in one pan.

🍝 WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 7 — Chicken Parmesan
Tender chicken topped with marinara and plenty of melted mozzarella, served over pasta. Classic, cheesy comfort food that everybody loves.

🤎 THURSDAY, OCTOBER 8 — Dad’s Ham & Beans
This one is straight-up comfort food from our childhood! White northern beans slow simmered with plenty of ham until they’re thick, hearty and full of flavor, with cornbread on the side. Guest Chef: Tim Kaiser (Dad)❤️

🎃 The fridge is FULL of pumpkin!! 🎃
Tonight’s dinner is our Pumpkin Risotto — creamy, savory pumpkin risotto loaded with smoky bacon, Parmesan, herbs and green onions. 🍂

AND… surprise! We made an extra dinner!
🧡 Pumpkin Cream Cavatappi — cavatappi pasta tossed in a rich, creamy pumpkin Parmesan sauce. Cozy, creamy, and ridiculously good.

🌶️ TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 29 — Buffalo Mac & Cheese
Creamy cavatappi mac & cheese topped with our garlic cream cheese buffalo chicken mixture and finished with a drizzle of buffalo sauce. Creamy, cheesy, a little spicy and ridiculously good.

🎃 WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 30 — Pumpkin Risotto
Creamy pumpkin risotto topped with crispy bacon, Parmesan and fresh green onions. Savory, rich and just pumpkin-y enough — basically fall in a bowl.

🍄 THURSDAY, OCTOBER 1 — Beef Stroganoff
Tender beef and mushrooms in a rich, creamy stroganoff sauce served over egg noodles. Classic comfort food and the perfect easy weeknight dinner.
